โ โ โ โ โ Very Poor Service by Customer service. I will never order online. They are not customer centric . I am trying to return two items . Their customer service along with Poste haste just play Ping pong and leave customer in nowhere . Veryyyy Very bad service. Adidas and post haste both .

โ โ โ โ โ If you need it in a hurry - then don't bother. Order will take it's sweet time.
Ordered a couple of items and its been over a week now and still waiting for any movement on it. Appalling as it's local NZ shipping. Will not be wasting my time ordering from their official website again especially when you place an order in the hope to receive your order within 5-6 days at least. I've had international orders arrive quicker then this. Really annoyed!

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed with the service I have received. You advertise free returns on your website, yet can't arrange for a courier to collect the item. I have phoned 3 times now, first call 2 weeks ago where I was promised a courier would collect in the next 2-3 days but no one has still. Poste Haste do not understand RA reference numbers but that is the only reference Adidas can give me, even though you have told me on 2 occasions I need to phone Poste Haste myself. I asked if I can use my own courier to send back the item myself (was even offering to cover the costs) but no thats not allowed. Is this all on purpose so I will be outside the 30day return period? Very disappointed Adidas ?

โ โ โ โ โ Ordering with Adidas NZ is painful. The long waiting time, lacking customer service and transparency is disappointing.
You expect more from an international recognized sports brand.
These issues have been known for months but there is no change noticeable.
Step up your game and be one of the big players!

โ โ โ โ โ About 20 years ago I dropped my very new Adidas Sunglasses from hip height onto a smooth concrete surface and they broke. I made a warranty claim with Adidas via the retailer, as in my opinion a known sunglass brand should be manufacturing a quality product robust enough to endure drops from head height, becauseโฆโฆ.. well thatโs where you wear them! They said they would not be covered as they were dropped.
Over the past 20 years I have purchased a number of known brand sunglasses and my main pair I currently use are about to come up to 11 years old. I have dropped them from head height onto many different surfaces many, many, many times and they have never broken, they are pretty scratched though!
As a consumer, my expectation is that branded sunglasses should be fit for purpose and should be able to handle day to day knocks. With these Adidas Sunglasses not being fit for purpose and the manufacture/distributor Adidas, not standing behind their product, I made the decision to no longer buy Adidas products. It has now been 20 odd years.

โ โ โ โ โ Shocking customer service, extremely poor response times to emails - phone calls divert to USA "canned response" operators. Website is a USA site so all the sizing and pricing is wrong. Delivery took forever, and then I had to send back. Still waiting for refund - 4 months and counting. AVOID.

โ โ โ โ โ well after many years of using Asics i tried a pair of adidas at $300 and after only 6 times of wearing them, when i was lacing them up the lace cut straight thru the plastic loop on the top on one side. hopeless and very disappointing. its the first and last time i'll spend any $ on anything adidas.

โ โ โ โ โ Wish i had read reviews before ordering. I have one order still on its way and its been 3 weeks. I wanted to cancel my second order which i placed yesterday and it hasnt been shipped only to be told by their online chat team that there is no guarantee it will be canceled. Oh and they don't to price match. Please order from footlocker instead, their shipping and customer service is a lot better.
