This company is terrible to deal with. I got them in to repair my home security system. They told me they couldnt fix it and that I would have to upgrade the hardware. I said that's fine give me a quote for the upgrade first then I'm happy to pay this invoice, otherwise I'd have no chance of getting a quote. Made this request 3 times, each time they said our representative will contact you. Heard nothing for over 3 months. Then get a threatening letter referring to previous reminder notices, that I hadn't received, saying that they wouldn't respond if the alarm goes off, which it can't because they were too inept to fix it and it was never monitored to start with?? What bunch of deadbeats. Save yourself a headache and use the opposition

Most rude and incompetent company. Trying to get an alarm disconnected from a property that has been sold. Has taken countless emails and phone calls . Staff are rude and there training for customer service is shocking. Do not use this company they are absolutely disgusting They were great at the install stage but the removal and disconnection has been nothing but a drama . Good luck to anyone who no longer needs there services

They tried very hard to sign my elderly father up to an alarm monitoring contract, which he didn't want and said so. He was getting upset when the calls kept persisting so I called and requested they stop hassling him. I was promised calls would cease, but a week later still more calls.How long does it take before you get listened to by these people.? Not impressed.

I called their call centre and asked for someone to come to my home to service my burglar alarm. I was told that they would set up an account for me which would take two or three days to set up and then a technician will be in touch. Four weeks later, nothing. I emailed them for an explanation and waited three days but no response. I decided to cancel my request for service and advised that I will be placing a report on social media describing my experience with them,

unbelievably bad, I actually wonder if they're even trying to be good. totally unresponsive at requests for basic information (eg. can you please supply a copy of the contract I have with you) total lack of customer service (eg. can i get someone out to look at adding an additional sensor (either a PIR or door reed switch) to our set up when a rep finally did ring me after a short conversation he (Leon from chch) told me verbatim "I'm not actually the right person to help you with this" - so why did you call me then ? in closing totally unresponsive to customer service requests and also the most expensive alarm monitoring company in Chch as well from what I can tell

Absolutely appalled. My mother had almost $500 taken out of her account for the annual fee without warning, when she was expending a $64 fee. When she called and asked for this to be amended/for her money to be returned, she was informed they'll be taking out a further $180 for the fees that weren't covered and was told to email the team. She has not received a response in a week. She has called twice since and keeps being told that someone will call back. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, how dare you swindle money from vulnerable people and leave them in hardship.
