★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried calling the office a numerous amount of times and not one call has been answered. I find this very inconvenient as I don't have the time to physically go into the office due to the hours I work. But in saying that, there shouldn't be any reason why there is no one answering calls at the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and friendly (even pet friendly) when signing the contract.
Turned out to be super rude and unprofessional.
You will NEVER get your bond back unless you claim the tenancy tribunal.
(He knows that you do not like causing trouble or you are too busy causing trouble. He does not make any profit but he does not lose anything by not signing the bond refund form anyway).
There are many better property management companies in the market. Don't be stupid. Go and find better one.
