★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to add they had a safety meeting in aranui today 800 people blocking driveway's making it very difficult to drive the streets also for a safety meeting with 800 people in a building that's not designed for that many people is a real health and safety issue very very unprofessional to think they can't even follow new Zealand Heath and safety practices is a very high concern
they ring from a private number I believe they should open with hello I'm bla bla bla from switched on group not his is bla bla bla there I seriously thought it was common knowledge when being a receptionist you should always open with who you are then who your ringing in behalf of then ask for the person your looking for especially when you don't have a caller ID other than that I do believe some of the older boys working for switched on group are bit of cowboys having a government contract thinking they can take the easy road more often than not. The younger blokes seam to be doing right by the company and also prefer there subcontractors as well

Whomever it was that oversees the health and safety should be fired and fined. As residents we were neglected from the health and safety management system. The noise of hammering, grinding and orbital sanding exceeded
90 decibels and due to an acute back injury that I am awaiting surgery for, the vibrations caused by the work has injured me further and causes major discomfort. After seeking a meeting with health and safety management to discuss this issue for resolvement. I was advised to deal with it...I have been in tears from the pain. Do you think that they actually give a stuff about us as residents???
I'd really like to know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never let you know when they are coming. They just turn up. Not good enough. I suffer with anxiety and a whole range of mental health issues. So someone just turning up on my front door gives me severe anxiety. Please correct this. If if happens again. I won't be answering the door.

We are thrilled with the results. The building, plumbing, painting and tiling work was outstanding and all tradesmen were courteous and a pleasure to have around. Communicated well at every stage. Looking forward to planning our next project.
