★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm currently waiting to get a ride, as I got my bike serviced by adventure cycles yesterday. My chain seized as I was downshifting to go uphill and I think I'll need a new chain. If you read this review, please don't give this shop any business as they will mess up your bike like they did mine. Go to T-Whites instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from Andy and Bruce who fixed up a burst tyre there and then to get us back rolling straight away. Don't be put off by the eclectic mix of bikes and parts about the yard, these guys know their stuff and have to be among the best at keeping old loved bikes on the road. Wholly recommended - we'll be back soon with more bikes to fix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bike shop in Auckland - Bruce and the team do an incredible job of keeping cyclists on the road and upskilling the next generation of bike enthusiasts.
They've got a seemingly endless variety of hard to find parts and a solution to any problem. I came in with two very old seat posts that didn't fit and Bruce was happy to trade me (+ a small fee) for one that did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce would be the rudest person I’ve come across….. was prepared to spend $400-$500 on a second hand bike but he won’t get a cent of my money. Wouldn’t help in anyway other than pointing to a pile of junk and saying “choose one”and then when one of his staff was answering questions he came over and told staff member to get into another job that was “more important than your questions” your lucky I was with my son is all I can say Bruce and I will go far and wide to tell people to avoid your “shop”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of great options, great service. Helped us with a problem other bike shops wouldn't help with. Identified problems other stores didn't pick up on. Opt to repair ahead of replacing/buying new. On street parking on neighbouring streets. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Assisted with buggy wheel also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a bike with a baby seat and a adult bike with kid’s bike attached to it. Bruce and his team have provided excellent professional service and helps in getting the right bikes and gears. Really appreciate the time and happy with the service. We had a wonderful time going to the Oakley Waterfall using the waterview cycle path. We will definitely be back for more hiring!

Mr. Bruce used to employe people from abroad so they can get used to english language and also learn about bikes. Awesome atitude. Hope you all are very well!!!
