★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to pick up a parcel. Was told initially it was not with them. If I had not pushed her to have a look again I would have not picked up my parcel. She sounded like I was questioning her how to do her job. Nuff said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know when the depot was closing, and I arrived at 12pm, the closing time. Two asian female staff helped me even by rebooting the computer. I am very grateful to them. It was the best service I have experienced in the last 10 years while living in New Zealand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly woman at the counter, but really poor signage & google maps direction! Very frustrating to see #100 on the street signage but no indication of where 110 was. NZ Post 0800 call centre was very unclear exactly where it was, I was looking for a parcel depot. Unclear directions had me driving up & down the road for an extra 5-10mins! :(
