About Baby On The Move - Auckland North Shore
I purchased these overalls for my granddaughter who just turned one. They are a perfect fit as you can adjust the straps. They are also easy to pull on & take off & they keep her warm & dry while she plays. The overalls have definitely come in handy when she goes to daycare, she’s free to explore her environment without Mum having to worry about her clothes getting wet & dirty. I intend to buy another pair as she grows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They show you one thing, then sell you something else at double the price. This after call after call just kept on ringing because like the voicemail say"we are very busy", but when i got in my car and went there, i found 2 sales ladies having a chat, with no one in the shop. NEVER AGAIN!

We were looking for a carseat and was already wanted to spend today. Decided to go to Albany branch so that we can support the local business and hope for the professional advise as we are first time parents. Went in waited a long time as it was busy, never mind. Then it’s our turn, the staff weren’t seem to be enthusiastic to help out or explain anything. I had to ask a lot of questions to obtain a very short answer or not at all (like she was trying to ignore my questions)- (my question was how to put the baby in the car seat safely and tech related). Another staff helped us a bit which we appreciate that but after that left us to fiddle with the car seat ourselves no explanation whatsoever.
So no professional advise/courtesy that we look for and no customer service mind which was enough for us to feel so annoyed and wanted to walk away instead of spending money.
One of the staff actually spend a lot of time explaining to another couple. When it come to us she didn’t even want to spill a word. Not sure what was the issue she had with us.
We have been buying a lot of stuff from this store. But this time, felt like wasting our time and effort to take the baby out of the house, just to find out that you better stay at home and do online shopping with other vendor that might have a better professional support. Not sure if we will go back to be a customer for this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service of the woman with the red hair, a promise she didn't keep and just terrible treatment, I purchased products over $3000! The way the woman spoke to me was terrible, I quote: " this is going to be a bad day today" .
I swear the saleswoman said one thing at the time of purchase and the day I returned something else,I'm still shocked by the way she reacted to me, I'm with a smile and she's so angry
