★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE Problem Solved with full credit after Tedious effort and fighting and negotiation. Just be carefull with PB brand products.
Bought PB tech pre-built gaming PC GGPC never had much chance to use it until last lockdown happened and after using for a few weeks it started to have blue screen, the PC is almost unfunctional as blue screen keeps coming back. Returned to PB tech to assess and check three four times now, wasted numerous time on it, still have it sitting with me with blue screen. Yet they still deny the PC has any issues after I consulted third party who advised it is hardware issue if it keeps coming back. After changing SSD and Hardrive issue is still here now they start blaming my monitor which I bought from them at the same time with my PC. They never answer their phone except for sales line so they only want to sell you the product but never wanted to be responsible for any after sale customer service. I am still waiting for any response for my four emails if not replied by end of today will have to request tribunal to help as I spent over 3000 in this order and got myself into a whole lot of trouble and wasted too much time yet not getting anywhere close to gettting problem solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst store to get hold of, they never pick up the phones and do not return my messages, I returned a faulty product 20 days ago and still waiting for an answer of whats going on!
They are happy to sell you something but the after customer care they don't seam to give a s#@! .... I will be looking at spending my money else were next time!

The staff were knowledgeable, humorous and friendly. I was criticised at the door by an elderly lady over my wearing a mask. Omg, I love this community spirit ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday 4th December I headed up to PB Tech in Albany. My mouse had given up the ghost and I needed a new one. It was my first visit to this store.
I am waiting for knee surgery so I have a disabled parking permit. When I drove into the disabled park Jerry noticed straight away and came over to see if I needed any help. He asked what I was looking for and I gave him my dead mouse. Jerry took it to the staff at the entrance and got them to find a replacement for me. Once they had found one he came back to me to show me and let me have the price. When I agreed to the purchase he let me go straight to the till to pay.
The store was not open for customers to wander around and there were two lines of customers. One for Click and Collect and the other for general purchases. Jerry was friendly and polite, making sure that everyone was in the right queue and able to find what they were looking for.
I have done a number of shadow shops for retail outlets so have experienced good and bad service over the years.
Jerry is a credit to your store and his great service has ensured that I will come back to PB Tech Albany for all my future tech purchases. Congratulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scummy wouldn't help me with my warrenty at all dont go to pb tech albany all the employees look to scam you out of your money and make you pay the most money for something thats cheap one employee gave me a lan cable that was 30$ more than the one i wanted and i didnt realise it till i got home buy online and stay away from albany store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so regret to order here. I had payment error but already paid on online store. They reply late and feel like they don't care about me and my order. When they confirm the payment, the stock is already out of stock. I wasted my time and also visited the albany store as the place is selected as collection, however nobody can help my order. I heard to secure the item I should order again. So disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes this ship is amazing for all you need. But, come on, every one and all retail stores are moving on from covid restrictions. Why no longer a shop you can wander and find goods, but now more a click and collect at the door. Went else where and brought what I needed today, the first time I have done this. Wont be returning to a click collect store
