★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parts of pool (deep diving end as well as lane swimming) closed without any prior announcement. On top of that 30min. wait without any indication how long wait will be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym. It's a convenient location, always has parking and never gets too crowded. There is a large amount of cardio equipment and a decent amount of resistance equipment. However, would be great to see the range of resistance equipment expanded in the future as I have to be fairly creative to workout certain muscle groups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff that stand around chatting and texting rather than keeping an eye on young swimmers. Receptionist had no clue where the gym classes were or how to book, and made no effort to find out as apparently this was a waste of their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great swimming pools, fun for the kids, nice party area, and ample parking. I would prefer private shower areas though... pools close sometimes without prior notice. My son almost drowned once and the young life guards didn’t even notice, just standing around chatting and looking pretty so don’t really know what they’re there for? Otherwise not too bad, we still enjoy it and visit often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience here unfortunately. I had my 9 year old and 4 year old with me. We got there at 430 and there was a line. We waited as we were told it would be about 15 min . By the time 530 came, we were told they are waiting for people to leave the pool as the amount of life Guards was too low for the amount of people. We continued to wait just to be told nobody could go in now until 615.. which meant we were entitled to a 45 min swim, not even the amount of time we were waiting . I would of appreciated to be informed of the actual situation earlier , eg: we have Staff members knocking off at this time instead of waiting for last minute. Maybe not enough Staff and I definitely felt there was no compassion toward the parents in line who waited hours . Please , sort this out.
