★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ladies only gym. I've been a member since it opened. Usually it's not busy but friendly faces to chat to if you want to. Great classes, PT sessions available, circuit, floor and your general exercise machines. Sarah is always striving to make the gym an even better place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely would not go to any other gym - always feel so safe, supported, and welcomed here. The classes are wonderful and inclusive, and the personal training sessions are worth every dollar. Love having this safe space for women in the shore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the gym! It has everything you could ever want and more! Fabulous range of classes including Pilates and yoga, fantastic supportive, qualified staff and excellent equipment. I certainly enjoy using the spacious bathrooms with private showers, a sauna, plus hairdryers, straighteners, ironing board, lockers AND it’s spotlessly clean and smells great!

Love the group classes which help keep me motivated, while the option to visit the gym anytime with 24 hour access is awesome. Sarah and the team are super lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend Fitness HQ.

It offers a selection of well designed classes that caters for all ages and abilities lead by professional friendly and experienced instructors. I find all the staff respectful, helpful and give their all to make this gym a happy and satisfying place to work out and that is why I've continued to be a member for 14 years.

There is a great range of different classes, as well as a great weight circuit which gives a good all-over workout that I can do after hours. Sarah & the team are really friendly & give options to cater for different fitness levels in the same class. The equipment & facilities are clean & fresh. It’s also an awesome way to get away from the husband & kids, & get in some “me time” :0)
