They find the knots in my back without me saying a word and worked on them so i felt fresh with no issues at all a few days later.

Liz and Yoshi listened carefully to my specific concerns, offered suggestions to help fix my issue and both times I came away relaxed, pain free and considerably less tense. They are exceedingly professional, friendly and well-trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some postural issues with my upper back, to the point I was aching at night, I came and saw Liz fortnightly for a few months to help with the issues I was having with my thoracic. Liz has a great vibe and is very knowledgeable and highly trained in anatomy. She even suggested things I can do outside our session so I do not have to see her so frequently. I have not seen her in almost a year, which is a good thing!
