★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your store in Ferrymead, Christchurch has the most ignorant, arrogant staff who don't want to help customers. They would rather you leave unattended so they don't have to help you in anyway. I have tried many times to get proper service in that store but now I give up. You will never get anymore of my money. I will go to Placemakers or Bunnings from now on even though they are further away. I am sick of the bad taste left in my mouth from a visit to Ferrymead Mitre 10. Goodbye!

I would love to see the employee standards that are reached at Support for people working there used as an example at store level for people working at the coal face.
If you are going?
Be early, parking on site and around the streets is extremely limited and can lead to being late for class.
