★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting Auckland was a way from home so had to get a barber I'm not familiar with thought I could trust a qualified barber to cut my hair proper but it was all wrong and when I went to my barber in my home town to fix it up my barber said he took a chunk out of my hair too which made me angry lucky my barber made it look half decent nothing against this barber he seems nice just cant cut hair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited half an hour, not because there were people before me but because there was no staff to cut hair. The girl in store said her shift is over and won't cut. They didn't even had the number of the staff to check whether he is coming or not. Wasted half an hour of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband comes here regularly. We have a toddler and it's been difficult to figure out the best place to get his hair cut. The hairdresser at Alert Barber was so friendly and kind. She took her time to cut his hair so nicely. He was very comfortable and calm, nothing like our previous experiences cutting his hair. She even had a cape for children. We'll definitely be coming back!

My kid was pampered by uncle & made him feel home by saying that he was my dad’s friend.. so my kid thought uncle was like his granddad.. ??
