★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Melissa from All for Kids in Queenstown, she offers an amazing service for people in queenstown lakes area. When trying to figure out how to fit 3 seats in the back of our car I had no idea where to start but Mel went out of her way to find a solution that would work for us. Her friendly nature and love for her job made her so easy to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urgently needed to purchase a car seat for my son and Melissa Bradley from All for Kids was recommended to me. I contacted her on a Friday, she responded on the Friday, had me come around that day and view a carset and I purchased and she fitted the rear-facing carseat all in one-day. I understand that this quick service does depend on stock levels and may not always be possible to be done this quickly but I found her ability to find a quick but high quality solution for me was impressive.
Her attention to detail in fitting and educating around carseat usage is beyond great. Cripes, I'd almost trust her with my child more than myself! Being a member of Queenstown Trading and Queenstown Kids Stuff, I can often see posts from parents looking for carseat suppliers and I'd say approx 95% of comments recommend Melissa at All for Kids for recommending, providing and fitting children's car seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, I thought buying a carseat would be simple. I figured I'd get one I liked the look of with good reviews, however I quickly discovered that my car is tiny and doesn't easily fit rear facing car seats - especially as my husband has the world's longest legs and needs his seat right back. Fortunately for me, someone recommended Mel at All For Kids. She knew her stock so well she could recommend a seat that would fit. And she fitted it for us as well as gave us tonnes of pointers. When we needed an infant capsule, we called Mel straight away and she popped round to test a couple of her smaller capsules in the car. We found one that fitted and have rented a capsule at very reasonable rates. I'd use Mel again in a heartbeat! It's awesome to know she can check an install, offer advice or help whenever we need it! It's also really awesome to have this service available in Queenstown and not have to travel for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mel is such an amazing seller. We were visiting Queenstown, and had realised that the motorhome did not have isofix nor an automatic seatbelt stopping function. So, we desperately needed to get a seat belt safety clip to properly install the carseat. However, there was no near baby shop around us. Nearest one was Mel's online shop. So I had tried my luck and emailed Mel to ask if it's possible to pick up a baby seat belt safety clip as we were planning to travel out, and needed this by hand ASAP. She replied very quickly and advised that it will be left in the mailbox for us. We were so, so grateful for her help otherwise we would have been driving around in a motorhome without a properly installed carseat. Thank you so much for keeping our daughter safe in Queenstown :)

Her level of service and knowledge is outstanding - so professional and approachable. Melissa asks all the right questions to ensure that you are making the right product choices for your circumstances. Her knowledge about car seat safety is amazing and she was more than happy to answer all of my questions - I learnt so much from her in just one car seat installation. I can't recommend her highly enough and I'm looking forward to purchasing another car seat from her soon as our family continues to grow!
