They came out to provide a quote to replace 3 x windows on my Sea Ray that had cracks. They sent though written quote, which I accepted. I paid the 50% deposit and was advised that they would be out in approx 3 weeks to replace the windows. On the day of install I received a call to say that when they tried to replace the windows they were unable to as the factory windows were slightly curved and that they were unable to assist me any further. When I asked for the refund on my deposit, I was charged $120 callout fee and had the balance of the deposit refunded. I spoke to Mahamood (Director) who advised that they were charging me the callout and would refund the balance only even thought they had not completed any of the job. It took well over a week to get the refund as apparently Mahamood doesn't check his emails for a few days.
