★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aikmans food and wait staff are excellent. And we decided to stay and have a few drinks. The downside was the security team, no smiles, no hello or how are you. I even saw one doorman picking his nose openly in front of customers. I passed him by and discreetly explained that it was noticed and didn't look professional. I was politely told to mind my own business, or I would be physically removed in a very bad way. So we left, not impressed at all. I would like to reiterate that this review is soley aimed at Alpha Security, not Aikmans. Aikmans is outstanding, Alpha was the opposite, horrendous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have noticed particularly with Alpha Security the complete over aggression towards customers as they seem to know intoxicated people can't do a lot to defend themselves. I've noticed that when removing a female from a club, they politely ask them and guide them out gently. When removing a guy, they seem to really enjoy grabbing and dragging them by the throat, no matter the situation. Completely unprofessional and quite sickening to see. I have witnessed this multiple against non threatening customers with no warning whatsoever. Disgusting behavior from people who describe it as "the highest level of customer service and hosting". It seems you've taught violence to people who abuse it regularly.
