★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely doctors but not happy about their lack of repeat prescriptions having to pay $45 just to get a piece of paper signed when iv been on the same medication for over a year is ridiculous. They are almost never running on time, more than once I've had to wait over an hr for a piece of paper to be signed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm, welcoming and friendly. My family and I have always received excellent care from the Amberley Medical Center. They genuinely care about the community even to the point of delivering food parcels to us (multiple times) when our daughter was born. They always remember me and ask about my family, always have the time to listen to issues and provide, top notch medical care. Very professional, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists were rude, argumentative, unhelpful and challenged the doctors advice, in short I was told that my daughters nut allergery may of cleared up and a repeat prescription wasnt possible (although this is what the doctor advised) then told it wouldn't be possible to make an appointment to see the doctor for 2 weeks!, let's hope my 2 year old daughter doesn't have a reaction in the next 2 weeks or it will be a trip to the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to a few different doctors practice over the years and have found amberley medical by far the best. Helpful very thorough doctors, feeling very heard and understood. Lovely reception staff who seem very organised and welcoming. Counciling services are amazing. Wait times are very good. (Have been to a doctor who's wait times sat at around 1.5hrs) so 20 mins behind occasionally is really very good. They're a busy practice who seem to run very efficiently. Over all very very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a covid test completed here. They sent through the incorrect documents which I never found out until boarding my plane. Could not board my flight. Which cost me $$$. The response from the doctor was it was my fault for not checking the documents. Yes probably is but I'm not a doctor, I don't know what is the correct information. Would not refund my test fee. Make sure you check your documents are correct they send through.
