★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such rude reception staff and my mother has just had the worst experience there it left me speechless! When explaining her situation and talking through resolutions the doctor cut her off and said “no no our 15 minutes is up you’ll have to make another appointment”
I believe your doctors and reception staff all need a lesson in people skills or they shouldn’t work with people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can only go there if you have a booked appointment during level 2. Masks are worn and there is space and dividers between each bubble seating. Staff are helpful and have been friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude female doctor will tell you when your 15 minutes is up. So rude and do they expect that people are made of money? surprise surprise sometimes more than one thing goes wrong!
Dr Sitjes used to be so caring but now seems this practice is too big and money focused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dr herself is absolutely fantastic very helpful always willing to offer a clear and precise understanding of the situation at hand. Unfortunately the misleading information of opening hours as stated on Google is a massive inconvenience and let down which leads directly to such a poor rating from myself. You really dropped the ball on that one team.

She is young and enthusiastic. She is also the most thorough doc I have ever had.
The reception staff are helpful and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for 30yrs. Impossible to get an appointment. I was sent to after hours to get antibiotics for strep throat by a rude receptionist after not being able to make contact via phone for 2 days, she refered me straigjt to after hours even though this could have been easily done via a phone consult. Ended up waiting at after hours for 3 hours for a 2 minute consult that any doctor could have squeezed into their schedule.
Website is unhelpful
Cant speak to an actual person via phone
Cant get an appointment within a week or more.
$50 for adult visit
Would give Dr Nadia Schwass 5 stars though!
wish she was located elsewhere so I could actually have her as my doctor.

Used to have an amazing service, and attentive GPS.
I now spend 3-5 days trying to get through the phone to even book an appointment…
Have gone in for appointments and been rushed out, I understand the huge pandemic going on has changed the way this service has operated but it would be nice as a long term patient to have my needs heard and met.
