Andre and Cheryl are very well known throughout the Mount Eden/Sandringham/Kingsland areas and would have the bulk of the quality property listings in these areas. They are highly professional, competent and also very skilled negotiators with a very good sense of the real estate market so it was an easy choice for us to list with them. They will serve the Remuera market very well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'd seen Andre and Cheryl's 'Style' at a few Open Homes over the years so when it came time to put our Villa on the market there was no question who we wanted for the job. Right from the get go we felt comfortable and in great hands. Andre and Cheryl are the ultimate professionals, their uniquely distinctive styles are super complimentary and their personable approach endearing. They take you through the myriad of 'stuff' associated with selling your home in a common sense understandable way, so you're at ease in querying or challenging information as necessary.
Our Villa was indeed in need of a makeover but our dilemma was whether to invest in bringing it up to marketing standard, or adopt an 'as is where is' approach. Andre stepped us confidently through the pros of a 'makeover' not only making us realise the merits of this approach, but also providing a list of potential trades people and suppliers. The ones we chose delivered on all levels and the feedback from Open Home attendees certainly backed this up making our heats sing.
Cheryl is a Ninja Negotiator ~ the skills she brings to this pressure cooker arena must never be underestimated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought and sold recently, Andre Cheryl were the agents in both circumstances. Being overly optimistic we bought before selling! As agents acting for their vendor with highly strung buyers (us) in the mix, we could see they were always clearly focused on achieving the best result for their client. Once we had bought we immediately asked them to sell our property (which was utterly unprepared for sale, with 14 years of deferred maintenance and only 3 ½ weeks to get it into shape!).
Andre came around and told us exactly what to do and were most helpful provided us with some contacts. All the tradespeople were extremely responsive and professional. It was a hard job to get it done but the tradies all managed to get things done in time. To add to all the stress and panic, our selling campaign was just at the start of a market change. Our potential buyers dropped by the wayside like flies as their houses didn’t sell at auction leaving us (whilst in the middle of an overseas trip) with one bidder at auction and two conditional bidders. We were feeling nervous about the potential outcome but Andre and Cheryl did their magic and were able to cleverly read the situation using their experience and skills to make it happen - they hit our target price!
We would absolutely recommend Andre and Cheryl. They always act with integrity and they work hard to make sure that you, as a vendor, get the best result. A true testament to their style and professionalism.
