★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kane assessed our property and came up with a plan. He explained the strategy behind the targeted marketing plan. I thought it makes sense but not sure if it will actually work. He advised us on what we should do to present the property in the best possible way for the open home, photo graphs and the video. The photographs and the video clip were slick and had the right feel for the target market, even I wanted to buy my own place!
Kane was absolutely on the money. Two days after the first weekend of open home we got multiple offers on the table. Three weeks later we went unconditional, for a price that exceeded our expectations.
Kane is such a joy to deal with, his down to earth realistic approach gave us the sense of trust that our best interest was taken care of. He made the stressful process easy and kept us informed and at ease right through out. This is a guy who knows what he’s doing.
