★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communications, asked for quote of two tyres and I tried to confirm twice of my question: is that price included labor and gst. The staff told me yes all included. Come to change the tyres and been told it’s 1 and half hour wait time. Come back to pick up, been told short on staffs have to wait for longer. After waiting 3.5 hours in total and charge me the price + gst. What a shame. Please train your staff to do their job properly and keep your promises.
