Bought a car from Honda Newmarket a few weeks ago and was left in great disappointment. Trade in transaction took 4 hours. Leaving customer waiting without any update or getting any sort of notification while waiting. Rating 1/5 After sales service was none. There’s no follow up with customer at all. Rating 0/5 Purchasing from an authorised dealer, full tank of fuel was not given to customer. Rating 1/5 I’d say a better experience would be obtained from Turners Auction, Motor co and the likes. Upper management should brush up your team for better customer satisfaction.

I bought my wonderful Honda from Honda Newmarket some time ago. Very happy with my purchase – my Honda is amazing and is a pleasure to drive! Many thanks to Honda Newmarket team for your help, your time, friendliness, and for your genuine desire to meet your customers’ needs. My story in short - I am a loyal Honda customer driving various Honda cars for the last 15 years. I wanted to trade in my car and to get my next Honda. After dealing with Honda Northshore team, I ended up thinking about buying another car make and quitting Honda family at all as I was very upset and disappointed with Honda Northshore - these guys were pushy and appeared not to really care of what I was saying – really upsetting experience. However, I was then very fortunate to deal with Honda Newmarket team – they managed to convince me to stay with Honda. They were very helpful and accommodating, they were able to understand my needs, and to offer a solution to address all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and well supported throughout my journey of buying my next Honda, and Honda Newmarket team managed to get all my boxes ticked. I would highly recommend Honda Newmarket without any hesitation to anyone looking at getting a new or used car. They really HEAR what you say, and they address all your queries and concerns.

Customer service is not good at all. Booked for airbag replacement. Was supposed to finish in two hours. The counter staff said I will receive a text message if finished early. Three hours gone without any message. When I called the landline number, I had to hold for a long time. The music was awful. The staff answered and he went away to check without telling me if I needed to hold. It was costing me, so I hang up after some minutes. No call back from the shop. I called again and was told that they had a faulty part so I need to rebook. No apologies at all. In the shop, no staff at the counter. I lined up after a man. A staff came out (looked like she was on the way to lunch), asked the man in front of me if she could help. He said he was already served. She turned around without asking me, so I had to call out to get her attention. No 'sorry kept you waiting' or any acknowledgement of inconvenience at all during the phone call or at the counter. Really disappointing experience from a well-known company.

Great experience purchasing my first new car from Honda Newmarket. Allan V. was great, perfect salesman, not pushy, answered all our bizarre questions about the new eHev technology and kept me informed every week on progress while they ordered and delivered the car.
