Worst service I have received from Nelson in service department. My car is year 2018 Mercedes and mileage is 39,000km. I bought brand new car from Mercedes New Market. Recently I took the car for annual service, we have agreed I will pay service fee of $500 and WOF fee of $86, Nelson called me said the two front tyres need to be replaced with cost around $1700, the rear wheel brake needs to be replaced with cost $1150, plus air filters $200 + $300, total around $4000, I was shocked, I told him I don't need his service to change tyres, brake and others, I only agree to pay $586, so he made my car WOF failed. I wasn't happy as the brake is totally fine and there is no brake warning light. Next day me and my husband took the car to the tyre city to get second opinion, we have been advised that the tyre conditions are still within legal requirement. So we took the car to VTNZ, there is a straight WOF pass.

Inghams were so good to us. We were far from home and broken down. They managed to fit in repairing our car when they already had a workshop full. If I lived closer I would have them service my car all the time

Hi i have been a customer of Mercedes Benz Auckland( previously a different owner). Since 1984 some 38 years . I have always had excellent service. Now i am older i have a smaller car easier to manage i have an A 250 4MATIC .To brighten up the world around me . I have a yellow one . Love it. Craig Fraser

I had a problem with one of my tyres. Called the service department, they said bring the car in. Took it in and it was fixed within an hour. Thomas was extremely courteous and helpful. He clearly explained that I needed to replace my tyre and why. Very happy with the service

Have already phoned with my thanks. Nelson really looked after me. He organized a car for me at very short notice. I returned that afternoon to very clean 500, And the car preforming well. Have had my cars looked after here for 25plus years with no problems. Cheers Frank Casey ?

The best place for Mercedes servicing in Auckland. Never had any issues and always find the solution to problem and excellent service provided in all aspect. Special mention to Ian, the driver who drop and pick up customers. Tech Sarath who support greatly to solve issues, and Nelson from service desk. Keep up the good work.

I ordered the part , paid for it. I was waiting for three months, called their store and someone from their store asked me to come and pick up. I went there , picked up the part and paper. When I came back and saw the invoice was not original and it was a copy of the invoice. Freight charges were also charged. I called parts department on 09-5293888 (09/06/2022, 4.25pm) and asked them to refund me the freight charges along with other charges. He transferred me on to another person. When I asked him refund those extra charges, he started making stories. I asked him you do the refund what ever you can do as I do not want to go for arguments. He became grumpy. I told him it is your mistake not mine. He hung up. People at dealership in parts at 2 Great South Road New Market are non professional, unreasonable with nausty behavior. Stay away from them and choose another dealership. Cheers (10/06/2022) Hi dear, do not make false statement. Please do not tell lies. Your office charged amount and got the address to deliver. Our business is not closed at all. You can check your recording, I know you record every call. You did not bother to see the bad behavior of your worker. I did not make any argument about success fee once he said I can not do. Just check you recording and you will see what type of worker you have in your BRAND. I need my refund caused by your laziness. You did keep my part and money one and half month and gave me copy of invoice that is invalid paper. You can not keep my money while having bad behavior. I send you email and did not get any response. Do your job properly. I told your worker due to his bad behavior that you are at fault not me, which is true. Just be honest ONLY.
