Great team of friendly professionals who obviously really care about our animal population. Very impressive service.

Really good encounter with the pooch registration people. They didn't have that whole "I hate you" air about them, just because I walked in the door.

Received terrible service. Dog control officer took my sons 4.5mth old puppy that was on a leash off his property at 10.15am on 26.10.20. His puppy was 1.5mths overdue to be registered hence why they were able to take her. Complaints were made about her barking, my sons been trying to teach her to get use to sleeping outside. 3 ppl were home and 2 were up and about (my son works night shift he was still in bed). Makes us wonder how much effort did the Dog Control Officer really make to knock on the door and get someone's attention. Had they have spoken to someone at the house they would have been informed that my son had booked an appointment with a vet to do all this and get her chipped at 5pm today. I spoke to Rachel to determine payment total $280. I explained to her that some ppl see animals as being part of their family. So to wake up and find your pet gone with only a note basically saying you have 7 days to pay this amount of money or your pet will be sold or DESTROYED can be quite traumatizing & upsetting for the owner. I asked her to plz give my son information about how to train his puppy to stop barking. He told me when he went in to pick up his dog Rachel was rude & blatantly ignored his questions. This place seems to care more about the money, otherwise they would have made more of an effort to speak with my son to educate him how to resolve the issues.

You used to be able to view dogs to see first reactions. It was always part of the process in finding your new family member. Now it's all by appointment and online. Very cold and calculated. Not a great process for bonding.

Very lovely lady who took my call about a concern. Matt did a fantastic job and I never had the feeling that they think I might overreact to the situation. Keep up the good work team

Picked up a dog that was up for adoption. Lovely staff, very busy, but made sure we were all set with what we needed. Unfortunately that had not given him his worm tablet so needed to get that done as dog threw up a tape worm. All good now, but when I messaged them about they were very apologetic and offered for me to get one from them but we were out of town and just got worm and flea stuff ourselves.
