I have managed to speak to two people who assured me they would follow up but this has not happened. I would definitley not order anything through them again and have no idea if I will get a refund. VERY disappointed

Took 2 weeks until I got a relpy saying they will send out in the next week . 2 weeks later still nothing in mail and wont reply to emails. GO ELSEWHERE save yourself a headache

Both the refund process and communication throughout the process were very poor but everything comes to those who wait and after about 6 weeks and many attempts to contact them and the Australian side of the company, we finally got a full refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this company. We sent back an $800 invisible electric fence which didn't work. The parcel was 'lost in the post' from one of their post bags so we didn't get a cent refunded. Please shop elsewhere.

They say business was sold recently and they can’t follow up. I’ve been promised a call back for the last couple of days but nothing. No call, no order confirmation no goods. Paypal account also looks like it’s going to someone’s personal account and not the business. Hopefully things get sorted but I won’t hesitate to lodge proceedings at Disputes Tribunal if it doesn’t. At the moment I’d suggest avoid this company.
