★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely grateful for coming across ARC. My cat Chloe is my whole word and got very sick at the beginning of lockdown. We went to 2 different vets on the Hibiscus Coast who did their best but could not accurately diagnose Chloe. We were told Chloe had 'days left to live' which completely devastated me. We made the decision to come to ARC to give Chloe the best - what we thought - last days she could have. Yes, they are expensive but they are the best of the best! Literally! I refer to them as the 'Gucci' of Vets ;) Fast forward to now, Chloe is 99% better and doing amazing! The team at ARC diagnosed her correctly through their thorough process and had so much care in dealing with Chloe and myself. When Chloe was an inpatient for a number of days the team at ARC would send me photos, videos and call + text me everyday. I cannot thank them enough! Special shout out to Chloe's #1 vet Laura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have marked this review down for two key reasons. The first being cost and the second being Customer Service particularly at reception. Our Chihuahua was brought to ARC suffering shortness of breath. The Centre did a number of tests and determined that the dog had a heart condition. This assessment cost $3300. Further follow-ups cost another $450 and $600. I note in a number of reviews that ARC does appear to be more expensive than other vet clinics. ARC do seem to be very thorough, but at a cost. On the Service side we were left waiting in our car as we were not allowed inside and this was often for long periods of time in the hot sun without good communication about how long the wait would be. On a number of occasions we were told we would get a follow-up call which never happened. We had to call into the reception a number of times and still no response from the vet. On one occasion we were told to email the vet directly ourselves to request a call as she was overseas on holiday and nobody at ARC could advise on medication follow up. When paying so much money we did did expect better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have nothing but praise for the team at ARC. Our dog Millie has been very ill and spent some days with them and received so much love and care we will always be grateful. Special mention to Georgina, so skilled, and patient with us and Millie. Also to Kelsey, Eden, Ashleigh , Caitlin and Kylie and everyone involved in her care. All your messages and chats were appreciated in a very tough time. A wonderful facility. Thank you all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat had a run in with lillies!!! Thanks so much to Mark and the team today who after alot of research was able to diagnose quickly and correctly. These people are pure gold. ?❤ Africian lillies are not as bad as actual lillies but they stil can make your cat extremely unwell :(
Thankfully Phoebe going to make full recovery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cat was blocked during the Easter long weekend, we rushed to emergency to get him unblocked. My sincere appreciation goes to Dr. Mark Johnson and the nurse Jen Kueh and some of other staff members, thank you all for saving this little life! Was quite a bit of money there but worth it to see this big boy getting recovered accordingly. Advise to those pet owners who doesn't have pet insurance yet: GET IT as soon as possible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel so lucky we had this amazing vet clinic available when our dog Pippa was sick! The vets went above and beyond in seeing her quickly, diagnosing and treating her, it could have been a very different story if we didn't have ARC, so thankyou so much! The lovely vet tech's were also so reassuring and positive with their updates, we could not have asked for better care for our pup :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 7 month old kitten suddenly stopped eating and we don't know what was wrong. The team here looked after him so well. They kept us informed and as Crystal clear on what the cost was going to be as well as providing information in some payment options. They gave us clear recommendations and steps to take to look after our kitten. He has returned home and is doing so much better and we are just so thankful for the team here. They truly care and want the best for their patients. Attached pictures of the baby boy
