★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this branch called my partner and I regarding my missing cat Scrappy. They believed whole-heartedly that a cat that had been brought in was my boy, and were genuinely excited for us as Scrappy has been missing for two years. To the store manager Kat (I think that’s her name!) and the rest of the staff working, thank you so much. Even though it wasn’t our boy, just knowing that people cared meant the world.

Even rung ahead and asked for it to be put aside for me...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Well laid out. Easy to use click & collect for my repeat purchase of Nuitrience grain free fish combo dog food. NB Don't listen to Google maps if you don't know where it is. It's in Lincoln North Shopping Centre but tucked away out of sight down a alcove opposite OPSM. From footpath can only see yellow building not their sign. Alcove on left of post office about 4shops down. ?

He steered us in the right direction and we went away happy with some gorgeous fish. Said we could come in anytime to pick his brain, such a cool guy. Highly recommend.
