★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store around 0730 AM on Wednesday. The lady in the counter was very rude and looked really unhappy, don't know why. She didn't even greet me. She told me to wait for a minute and then straight away goes what's the order. I think something is wrong with the lady, either she needs help or needs a lesson on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portions here are tiny. Asked for buffalo chicken and saw her only put ONE scoop on an entire foot long. Being an avid goer of subway everyone knows the portion size is one scoop per 6 inch. Very very disappointed in the quality of the food I received. Ridiculous to pay full price for only half the product, also got minimal salad. The entire sub felt like a feather when I went to eat it. Such a disappointing dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered teriyaki chicken and veggie patty subs yesterday - this was the worst subway ( beside KFC on Lincoln Road) experience we have had in Nz. The bread was extremely soggy and broken. The teriyaki chicken was hard like rock! The veggie patty itself seemed off and the veggies used were soggy as well. Won’t be visiting this store again and we hope they improve. Also, please update your geo location on Google Maps. The customer service and prep time was really good though.

We asked for falafel and when came home and opened it was veggie patty
Pathetic experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a vegetarian I was appalled at the amount of cross contamination that occurs at this place. Please please please change your gloves when dealing with an order that has meat and then and order that is vegetarian. It is extremely disgusting that the staff don’t change gloves between orders and put me off my sub which I had thrown away since there is no point being a vegetarian when my patty was rubbed with meaty gloves ?
