Click and collect was easy, great communication and information. Turned up to collect the mountsain of things I had purchased the signage was easy to understand and I could see, the staff very busy with filling orders inside.
Awesome work guys.

β β β β β I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for their prompt and efficient service which saved my fur baby from dire consequence after she had accidentally ingested a toxic substance to cats. Due to their quick action and preemptive treatment things were caught early and dealt with immediately, now my fur baby is happily running around the house as though nothing ever happened. A special thanks to Dr. Amy & Dr. Andrea for your care in handling Nyx and thank you to every other person who assisted them, especially during these uncertain and risky times. I will never trust my pets with any other vet more than I trust them with you.

β β β β β I used the grooming service and they did a great job. There is a lot of pet equipment and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a self grooming area to rent also. Best animates ive been to. The groomers have been wonderful with my pup

Recently my dogs monthly prescription has gone up $30 and tonight they sent me an email to advise they are enforcing vaccine passports. I am prochoice and do not support the governments ridiculous mandates. Time to shop elsewhere.
