★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had an appointment for 12o'clock I had an eye scan immediately took about 3 minutes but then waiting over 30 mintues with with no communications, I left. Customers deserve better. I can toterate delays but 30mintues is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Anstice Optometrists. The staff are super friendly and everything works very efficiently. I was examined by Penny McCracken, who is a wonderful professional. She really knows what's happening inside your eyes and she can explain this to you in a very simple way. I spent about 40 minutes having my eyes checked, but never enjoyed the procedure that much in my life. Wonderful place, real professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I've been going here for years. the service is really good (sometimes) and the optometrists themselves are good but the pricing, jeez that pricing. I brought one pair of glasses for almost 1000 dollars. I am a student, I can't afford groceries this week but I still shelled out of my savings for something I could have gotten done at quarter the price elsewhere. I knew I was paying heaps but I didn't think I was getting scammed as much as I was.
