β β β β β This is by far the best cafe in Queenstown. On my first visit, I had a falafel sandwich and a vegan Twix bar - which was delicious. When the barista asked me if I liked the falafel sandwich, I confessed that I didn't. Without being asked, she gave me a peanut cookie and a slice of banana cake for free to compensate. She didn't have to but she did. That's the kind of service you can expect here.
I have tried most of the slices here and the black forest one is my favorite. It tastes like chocolate cheesecake. I was very impressed with the number of vegan options here. I can have a vegan moccachino here because their chocolate is vegan. Their moccachinos are the best I've had ?

β β β β β Ordered hot chocolate and flat white, worst drinks ever in a cafeβ¦ service was slow, coffee came very disappointed after a long wait. Hot chocolate could not be finished as tasted awful and coffee was left un-drunk for the same reason.

β β β β β Absolute pleasure to shop for my favourite brands at Antidote Queenstown. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. In the small beauty room at the back, Sandy will give you amazingly relaxing facials and massages.

β β β β β An unlikely location for great coffee in Queenstown..bathed in afternoon warm winter sunlight ..Milklab milk for the aficionados (hard to find in NZ as yet) .. friendly, helpful staff ..plus great aromas from the natural beauty, skin other aesthetic products in store

β β β β β Pretty disappointed with the team here. I was turned away 3 times attempting to get the booster vaccine. Each time I was given a new "opening time". Why not just tell us what the REAL opening hours are, and save us all the frustration.

β β β β β I had a Covid Booster while I was in Queenstown. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and caring. After the shot, we had a coffee and scone in their cafe. Great coffee and again friendly barista/server. Scone was delicious and so took home a bagel for lunch. Bagel also lovely. So overall, will definitely go back while we are down here.

β β β β β I visited Antidote QT for the first time today to give my eyebrows some well-deserved lovin. I was nervous to start off with because I was comfortable and loyal to my local eyebrow therapist in Auckland. But I now have met a great brow therapist in QT! Thanks Sandy for your professionalism and creating a nice calm atmosphere while getting my brows done β€οΈ. You are recommended by many and I'll be one of those gals! Great service, my brows are divine!
Also, while waiting, I browsed around the store to kill time. They've got awesome products and plenty to choose from. Staff came to say hi and asked for any assistance. It was a great atmosphere today.
