β β β β β Dec your customer service selling is on point but when a issue arises it is nil, no follow up-you put the customer number in and block them. staff say he is busy and will follow up by the end of the day but forget to say what year? still waiting.......... Team spark in frankton you know how to send customers to vodafone ... great team effort.

β β β β β Went in to this store to deal with a phone insurance claim on a phone purchased from them. Staff were unhelpful and not even really willing to help out. What is the point in offering a service when you have an attitude like that towards someone trying to use it?

β β β β β Excellent service. Went there in a panick as I had smashed my new Samsung Ultra s20 5G on a night out. The guy was really easy to deal with, and I was in a bad situation. I was tight for coin and could only afford ex amount of dollars to get my phone back. The issue I had was, in such a rush to get out of the car I had dropped my loan phone they had given me, and it cracked. They kindly only charged me $6.38 for insurance, which really helped me also. Not only that, I had a brand new phone in my hand. Thank God for insurance. Cheers Spark Frankton!

His product knowledge was great and he wasn't pushy; he just gave solid advise. He then assisted in transferring everything to the new phone. thanks again.
