★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I've had a bad experience with the bank not processing my withdrawal of my kiwi saver account, until I went in 6 weeks later and enquired to a great young fella working in a side desk who looked into the delay and discoved my application still sitting somewhere un processed, so he got onto it and submitted it, so hopefully they will process it urgently
