★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After westpac riccarton denied me opening an account with them and was just plain rude to me. My partner and I went to ANZ, it didn't take us 5 minutes and we were all booked in for an appointment to open a joint account. It was very fast and staff are very helpful. When we came in for the appointment, the lady that served us (I forgot her name but she has an american accent) was very lovely, she was friendly and just lightened up the whole room. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her office. She went through everything we need to know, after half an hour, we have our account. Anz really is the best bank. Staff are great and customer service is excellent!
