โ โ โ โ โ I booked to open the account, and got there on time, however I had to wait around 50minutes, and no approgize for it.
The lady in charge of me told me my account would be set up by next day, however, after tow weeks, no contact, no set up at all.
Today, she rang me but no sigle word 'Sorry'.
I also complained those unconfortable things to Sales Maneger by email, but no contact me from him /her at all eather.
I lastly stop opening the account at this bank. It is really awful.
BANK should be most trustful and reliable, and speedy too.
The bank that have this kinds of staffs shows us how their policy is, how they organaze the things.

โ โ โ โ โ The man that served me was lovely, but Dorothy the other teller needs to remember she's in a service industry. I spoke to the other customer, as bumped into her in the mall and she was just embarrassed by Dorothy's behavior.

โ โ โ โ โ Unhelpful unless you are their customers . You will not get new customers that way; potentially everyone who walks through your door could potentially be a new customer!
Today I when Into Westfield Riccarton ASB and asked one of the senior staff lady from the front desk if she could kindly assist me in changing some $20 notes to $100, but simply refused advising "I don't have an account with them so can't help!
I did not expected it was such an issue with ASB?
Luckily I've received help from other retail shop in the mall who was not even a Bank!
