★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful place for a small function. We held a function here for 40 people and it was perfect. The food was delicious and plentiful and staff were wonderfully accommodating, they even went above and beyond helping our guests to their taxis at the end of the evening. All in attendance had a fantastic time. The booking was easy to make, communication was quick and they put us at ease with the menu options, bar tab and allowing us to decorate early.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Anzil as a function venue to anyone. We looked at so many venues here on the Kapiti Coast for a smallish venue and this one ticked all our boxes with easy access, great parking and on budget. Thanks Anzil, we'll be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had our social event there with the Ulysses Motorbike club. 30+ people and they had on top another group in the restaurant. This was the first time I only received positive feedback from every single one in our group. Food was exceptional and so was the service. I personally visited the second time and again I would give 7 stars for food and service. When you book a visit, be prepared to be pampered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great lunch here today, at Anzil Hungarian Restaurant. Excellent service, very attentive and friendly staff, cosy ambience. Had some live-music there as well which was pleasant.Our food was delicious, I particularly liked the Hungarian sausage that came with the French Toast, my wife enjoyed the Eggs Florentine with Spinach. I can recommend this restaurant, the food is good and reasonable priced too.
