★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words don't describe how good this motel is. The room is immaculate, has the best attention to detail (even has a make up remover sachet, never seen anyone have it).. The bath had a jacuzzi,the kitchen had wine glasses, and every room had a heater. This place rivals five star hotels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first, the place was very clean and tidy and the receptionist very pleasant and helpful. The unit had everything you need, however it is in need of an upgrade. It was advertised with a spa bath and technically it does have one, it's just a very old and small one. I give the hosts a 5 but unfortunately the premises itself only a 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady was so lovely, I had to book an hour in advance for a night as my accommodation provider fell through. She gave me a unit at discount rate even though it was a late notice booking. The unit was so clean and was just out of greymouth so was nice to be in a country feeling place. I would definitely book here again and reccomend 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy. Bathroom had spa, kids loved it. We didnt expect the room to be cleaned the next day but after our long day of outing we came back to a clean and tidy room again, fresh towels. Loved the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment, which was really good value for money. The place was clean, cosy and homely. Great facilities for cooking, good heating. Spa bath. The wifi was surprisingly good. Baby cot free. Undercover parking right beside the apartment is really handy when it's cold and wet.
It is on the main road, so trucks and cars can be heard passing in the middle of the night. It's about 5min drive from town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place, friendly host, spacious apartment and even though its close to a main road the bed was super comfy and I slept like a log. Wish I'd stayed longer and can't wait to go back, excellent base from which to explore. The eels in the stream were also very cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This quirky motel is located not far from Greymouth on SH6 heading towards Westport. Lady at reception was very friendly, and gave good directions to our unit. Unit while clean, stank to high heaven. It was very very musty, and even with every window open, it still was a bit high.
The rooms were very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Ultimately good value for money, but oh that musty smell, I can still smell it now!

Lovely and clean , well appointed and also homely.
I felt very relaxed when we walked in. Would stay again and recommend to others.
It was very reasonably priced too so that is also a big bonus as some places are far too expensive and less than ideal.
