★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emailed to book in a washing machine repair. No response. Called, earliest appointment was 8 days away. They called the morning of the appointment to tell me there was a ‘glitch’ and couldn’t attend. Re booked for 2 days time. Called again on the morning to say they couldn’t attend and would call me back with another time. Safe to say I canceled and am getting someone else. Would not recommend...unless you want to wait at least 10 days and still have no one turn up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avi was a great help when our motor home fridge broke down on a recent trip to Wairarapa. He diagnosed the problem, sourced a new thermostat and fitted it in a couple of hours. When that did not fix the problem he offered us a loan car and a full check of all electrical systems on vehicle. We had a pet with us so decided rather to go home early. I am sorry we could not key him replace the fridge and do the check as he came across as an expert in his field. He definitely went the extra mile for us in difficult circumstances. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional service provider I have ever engaged with. Two months to complete a simple element replacement. Zero proactive communication. Made upwards of 15 phone calls and only one received in return. No apology ever forthcoming. To cap it off the technician installed a thermostat we had not requested it, not his fault I imagine but poor instruction from his management team. Don't waste your time or money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible communication. Did not show up the afternoon scheduled with no notice or explanation, even though we called to confirm late afternoon. When they did show up I had to ask them to go put a mask on. I said in the original enquiry that the machine overflowed when set to high, they overflowed it while testing anyway. Was told we would get a call confirming the price, we didn't. When we called about that we were told they'd call back in an hour, they didn't. We did get an invoice a few hours later with a quote far higher than we were originally told, and I just got another invoice even though I paid immediately. I wish I had thought to check the reviews here first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for today, took the day off work, was told they would be here in the afternoon. When they didn't show, I called up asking where the tech was and the lady on the phone said he would definitely be coming today and would call before he arrived. He didn't show at all nor did he call and when I called back to find out what was going on, all the numbers went to voicemail. Looking through the reviews, I wish I checked those first before booking with these guys. Nice enough on the phone but basically just didn't come through. Guess I'm gonna have to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a appointment with the Lower Hutt branch for 10am-3pm for washer repair so took the day off work. Was told repairperson would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Well on the day, they never called or showed up. Called office at 2pm to make sure appointment was still scheduled for the day which they confirmed it was. Then tried calling them between 3pm through 3:45 and no one bothered to answer the phone at the main office. Seems they close the office at 3pm so that explains it....
