★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great, atmosphere was fantastic. Nice place to take a date or your partner out, for some good pasta. Cocktails were delicious as well. Service was good to, the only thing that let it down, was no meal check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service always a bit on the slow side but in the past, the food has more than made up for it. Party of 6 adults/2 children for lunch. Everyone got their drinks in a timely manner except for me. Reminded them twice, third time I asked for a different coffee and was told it was too late as they had already started making it. Waited another 20 minutes and still not arrived. By this time, the meals had started to arrive at the table. Reminded the serving staff again and, 50 minutes after my original order was placed, my coffee came to the table. Most of the food was great, the risotto was very stodgy and tasteless and most of the dish was left. No query was made as to why it was hardly touched. A disappointing experience after so many good ones. Will think twice about coming again for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience we had. Food was incredible. I had the seafood linguine, and our table shared the antipasto platter. I will be coming back here every-time I am in New Plymouth. Staff were incredible aswell. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were SUPER accommodating for a large group of 11 without a booking. They were busy but shuffled tables around to make room for us after a loooong drive. We met one of the staff named Carlos from the Philippines (which was home for 9years) so it made us feel at ease. Ordered a whole lot of Pizza, Pasta, Salad and other small plates. HIGHLY Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful food, amazing friendly service and right next door to the Puke Ariki museum for a bite after visiting the museum (which is how we came across this restaurant). Located directly across from the Coastal Walkway. We ordered the seafood linguini, calamari and breads with house dips. Everything was cooked well and tasted beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I asked to swap out the beetroot dip for hummus and it was no trouble.. Enjoyable experience and would highly recommend. Thank you chef and staff ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lighting is spectacular in creating a special atmosphere. I came as part of a large group with my partner. I had the chicken thigh and breast. Loved the Moroccan spice and sauce on it. Partner had the pork belly. Although there were some drink mix-ups because there were so many of us, our waitress had a great attitude, which erased any negative impact on our experience. Service is everything and we felt listened to and special. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had our Xmas work do and it was such a great venue. The staff member who served us was awesome. The food was so delicious and didn't feel at all like we needed to rush our meals. Will definitely have to come back for dessert sometime soon as I was/we were all too full to fit any in this time. Thanks Arborio staff and chefs 12/11/21
