From a little Canadian shop trying to make a name for itself back in the 1980s to what you see today, Muffin Break New Zealand over the last 20+ years has been passionately doing what it does best – giving people a place to enjoy fresh coffee, delicious food and great service with friends.
Muffin Break New Zealand began in 1994 with our first cafe in Auckland. It was here where it refined its range to include a local twist.
Since then Muffin Break New Zealand’s famous award-winning signature blend coffee, and freshly baked and prepared range can now be found right across New Zealand.
Our overseas footprint continues to grow in Australia and the United Kingdom, taking our total store count over 300 internationally.

Coffee was slow to get brought over, then they were just put on table beside us and said "here's your coffee's". We ordered different coffees so had to work out whose was whose. There were no other customers.

Ordered a Chai Latte with no cinnamon on top, arrived covered in cinnamon. Had to have it remade. Ordered a panini, not delivered. Had to go ask for it. Would go back, but service needs to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a brownie and a Louise thing, they're both very good and I've heard plenty of other good things about them. Not too expensive either, definitely not cheap.
Also the brownie had nuts in which I wasn't a fan of but it was still good. It would have been nice if it said it had nuts in it though
