★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great lodging accomodation with all the perks of very helpful guests and hosting. Also the accomodation is very suitable for big families or groups that want to experience abit of farm life also the lil luxuries of modern living on site. Plus it aint that far from rotorua township or convenience stores along the way. Great hosts and accomodation, very clear with house rules as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a lovely experience! We were welcomed like members of the family. Chris explained everything so well that we had no questions to ask. The quiet farm-like setting (with farm animals a comfortable distance from our quarters) belies the easy driving distance to all of Rotorua's attractions; cultural / adventure / retail. We have attempted to return there, but they have been booked up so contact them as soon as you know your plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aria's Farm is a wonderful facility. I have stayed in the King Room, and there are also cabins on site. The way I was looked after by the staff was so amazing, and they were always very helpful. I highly recommend Aria's Farm as an accommodation option in Rotorua!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good spot, close to town. The owners were a bit odd but the cats were lovely. Rooms were ok, our bed was horribly soft and squishy but it was luck of the draw so we obviously lucked out. Good space for kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an awesome experience, House owners are really welcoming, Breakfast is included too, which was a plus. The gorgeous lady cooked some for eggs for us too (complimentary). I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and clean place to chill. Would love to visit again anytime soon ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 4 nights over Christmas 2021.
The place was really nice, but the lady that owns the place is very unreasonable.
1- If you have visitors they need to be gone by 6pm otherwise they have to pay as if they would stay the night.
2- by 10 pm you can't be on the deck, you need to be inside and shut all windows because of noise.
3- when we left the lady charged us $20 for a broken Frisbe that we never used!
4- she charged us for leaving dog poos behind, being that when we arrived on the place there were already old dog poos there.
5- Charged us for professional cleaning of the lawn mower because apparently the dog poos got it dirty.
6- charged us for the cleaning of the fridge as apparently it was still dirty when we left.
7- wanted to charge us for something broken on one of the bathrooms and something broken in one of the rooms that we are still not clear what she meant as we never broke anything!
8- wanted to charge us for a hole on the lawn that apparently our dog did, wich I know for a fact that my dog would never do that.
There was never an inspection on first day with someone to check the place , so it was really hard to prove what she was claiming.
I wouldn't recommend this place as the lady is very unreasonable, from the start she was very hard to deal with.
As she called herself in one if her signs in the house, you gotta do as she says otherwise the Evil Witch will come out.
And.... it did come out.
Never again And I hope other people don't go through the same.
