Their communication is fantastic and response time is so quick. Their locksmiths are professional and very apt at what they do, my locks were changed so fast I didn't even blink and it was all sorted. Thank you very much City Locksmiths and especially Joanne over the email who really had a lot of patience and responded swiftly to all my stupid questions. When about to head away for summer I discovered that the keys we had didn't fit our roof racks. The guys at City worked through a range of possibilities before finally having to cut new keys from scratch. Problem solved, and their price was incredibly low.
