β β β β β We had Take out meals from Aroma on Sunday 21st. The food was excellent & faultless with enough leftover for the next day. The manager was very friendly, chatting freely. We would happily go back. Thank you.

β β β β β The service and food at Aroma India is top class. The waiter went above and beyond with his service. You could tell he was passionate about the food as he explained the menu with ease and even gave us chutney on the side to try out. It was a very hot day and he gave us iced water and blasted the AC to our liking. The curry was very flavourful but boy did it pack a kick. The waiter saw a few of us struggling so he bought out some mild butter chicken sauce that was very nice. Naans were also cooked to perfection as they were buttery and light at the same time. The portion size for the naan was also very generous.
All in all, one of the best curries I've had in New Zealand and definitely worth a stop if you are in the region.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in New Zealand. Called the restaurant and made a booking for lunch. The operator packed the food (takeaway) and gave it to us though we were sitting on the table ready to lunch in. I explained we are from Wellington and can't have takeaways, operator clearly didn't want to listen quoting he is late for a personal prayer. (Time was 1.25 when all this happened, they are open till 2 as per their advertising)

β β β β β Fantastic Indian food complimented by great, super friendly service. All our dishes were great the Lamb chops a standout for me. Highly recommend for a great curry in Martinborough, with a nice friendly atmosphere.
