Their physical building is a bit out of the way but just call 15-20min before you need the bikes and they'll bring them right to you, same with dropping bikes off, just call/text and let them know where the bikes will be. When we got the bikes Bella was bubbly, kind, and helpful, lent us some sunscreen, had awesome gel seat covers that really helped, and was really knowledgeable about the local trails. Go out to Jack's Point for a challenge. The bikes were tuned well, sturdy, nice brakes, great grip on sandy/rocky trails, and having different sizes for different height people makes a big difference. They even have the best prices in town as well. Thank you guys, if we get more time we'll rent again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 phone call and 1 SMS and everything was taken care of. Bikes dropped at accommodation and collected after the ride. Bikes were great fun. Service from Jay and staff was first class. So many cool trails to explore, if we had time we would have rented again and explored further. Normal clothes worn, no sweat. Finished with a meal at the Boatshed. A great day out. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow...where to start. The experience - Queenstown has some phenomenal scenery to take in. I've been lucky enough to have had a number of trips down over the last 10 years, and I must say, there is one activity I do every time. That is, mountain biking Lake Wakitipu or Lake Hays via E-bike. I dont think there is a better way to take this scenery in other than on two wheels.
Now there are a number of e-bike operators in Queenstown, but heck look no further than Going Blue. Jay and his team are bloody fantastic. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and nothing seems like too big of an ask. Going Blue is by far the best operator I have come across in Queenstown, and I have tried pretty much all of them. Their bikes are the latest of E-bikes on the market, and were fantastic to ride.
So do make sure on your next trip to Queenstown, to not miss this one. Jay and his crew will make sure you are well looked after, and prepared for a day of fun taking in all that Queenstown has to offer. Jay - I'll be seeing you in a month and I'm bloody fizzing for it.
