★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have had from banking sector. The girl at the counter refused to give me the change card and told me as per their rule they have to charge me. I borrowed change card from a fellow retailer and got the change from their machine. Their manager stopped me from leaving premises and took away my card. He then told me that my friend had to come to collect the card. I mean it’s ridiculous, I was just trying to get some change. Not rob a bank. I will never have an account with asb ever and make sure that all of my friends do the same.

Conveniently located in North City shopping mall so it opens late night in every Thursday night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Temporarily closed due to omicron. Had to search in detail to find this out on their website so I'm not impressed with their info sharing. Closest branch open is Lambton Quay which is not that convenient.
