Thabk you pizza hut thank u to chick DJ for making pur kai and giving babies extra snacks for showing uz care really appreciate this yum yum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 45 minutes waiting for a pizza I ordered from the counter. Very unorganized and the delivery drivers take up most of the spaces outside. Several of them were not even wearing masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I order a pizza the address on their website was right I checked twice it was correct as soon as I paid it online it changes the address. I called more than three times to the store for someone to answer but nobody care they just hang up on me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After making a nearly $100.00 order online. Then calling them (numerous times unanswered calls) after being 15min late. I was told I had put in the wrong address. Turns out I had typo 1 digit wrong. 22 instead of 27. I acknowledge that was my mistake. But then was told (by the unprofessional none sympathetic manager) I had been called. (I received no calls). She reread to me an incorrect phone number, and told me thats what I put in. ( that is not true in my confirmation email it had my correct phone number). So I would have to pick it up (even through I already payed delivery fee) or wait for it to be delivered at and unknown time frame, because they have deliveries for KFC(that has nothing to do with me) and it will not be remade. It finally arrived an 1hour late and cold.
Its not so much all that, that disappoints me its the lack of acknowledgment or accountability on their part. If they had just said. Sorry we understand and will work with you to sort it out. Then I would not be so disappointed. Good customer service goes a long way, or lack of in this case. I reckon do yourself a favour and go with Dominos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This order was placed at 7.02pm. I received a text at 8.02pm to let me know the driver was on his way. Our house is 7 minutes away. I tracked the driver going to 3 other locations before arriving at our place. He only gave me two pizzas so I queried where the other was, then I noticed the receipt was for someone completely different. He told me to keep the wrong pizzas and said he would go back to the store and get the correct order at 8.40pm. The pizzas were meat, and we are vegetarian. I waited till 9.15pm after trying to call the store 37 times, got in the car and went to pizza hutt to discover it was closed. The notice on the door said they closed at 8pm due to staff shortage. I was so incredibly frustrated and angry. I want a refund as we did not receive our rood, and as a result I had to go buy pizzas from the supermarket to cook, spending more time and money. With 3 kids at home, as well as my husband and I, we did not eat until 11pm. This should not have happened. I want an explanation as to why we got the wrong order; why I was told by Hayden the driver that he would go back and get my order, fully knowing it would be closed; and how it is justified that this kind of service is acceptable. I'm so frustrated and annoyed about the whole situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bro, Pizza off the Hook! Cheese on crust , cheese filling in crust. Deep pan , thin pan pizza's. The choice is your. Porirua Pizza Hut , Hot Place to get your Pizza Pipping Hot. Customer service is above & beyond. Fresh food blows you away. Staff can even put crisp cheese on crust with cheese stuffed crust as well extra toppings . Hands down thank you to the girls that make & cook the pizza's also food. Ie the works. I have seen excellent work, serving behind till taking order from customers typing price & asking for name to put on your order! Takes phone call puts another order in. Prepare food put in oven & pulling cooked food out of oven put in box cut in warmer to keep hot. Porirua Pizza Hut ,DELICIOUS! YOU HAVE ME RETURNING CONTINUOUSLY. Veggie pizza, cookie pizza???? Chips chicken nibble . Like said the works???????????????
