★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was more quiet than normal, maybe because it was required to show the vaccine pass upon entry.
It was also clean and neat. Received a prompt service for collecting the order I placed online.

The girl who worked there ( bulky , Manger I think so ) was really rude . Please don't assign her here after. She will ruin entire KFC New zealand.
I told my pick up number, she told me shut up and wait ..
Nice , isn't it ..

Very Slow and by the time the food arrives the food and order was wrong, When I called to try and explain the situation the staff just didn't care at all.
also should mention that the tracking information on the app is not accurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed!!! Put me off buying KFC from local store now...
NEVER EVER! make an elder man (my Dad) wait NEARLY 3 HOURS for his 3 day pre-order on Sunday, (even tho he waited patiently) it was lunch for mothers day at church... I had to call in the store after my dad waited the 1st hour.
The store was busy with other orders eg online, deliveries, drive thru, in store, miss orders and off course PRE-ORDERS, more than 10+ people waiting for ages as well. Standing with the crowd for ages, we shouldn't have to say anything if you know people have been waiting for ages, there was no communication about our order. Only once they said it should be ready in 15 mins, so waited about half an hour or so coz it's was chaos. In the end after 2 and a half hours or nearly 3 hours, couldn't wait. I went to the counter to cancel the order, to my surprise no one spoke to me and the cheek of two staff just nudged each other and said "you go", "nah you go" and I said "Excuse me, anybody" I had to say it 3 times and the manager just stood there and looked. I just Cancel the order and walked out.
SO WORST OF ALL we walked out empty handed, took way too long to do the order, but everyone else got THEIRS!!!....
Just had the courage to say something now, i was too angry to review on sunday, but thank you to all those who were concerned about my Dad waiting.
Here, I rather give kfc ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to get a better system with the drive through like maccas have where people park and wait if their food is taking longer rather than make others sit there for over 30 minutes. Asked for extra salt on my chips but got none and asked for no ice in my drink but it was half ice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a slow drive around the building lasting 1/2hour and finally arriving at the server window, I am told that it will take another 8 minutes to get my order. As I have already paid, no choice but to spend in the KFC carloop almost 3/4 of an hour. This is truly unacceptable. The food is not cheap and quite frankly it is the last time I get any from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever no stars tbh. Delivery late chips going cold and look at my large potatoe and gravy also my coleslaw. I don't see how 3 smalls equate to 1 large. let me down ptown KFC better off elsewhere people. Not to mention didn't change the dangerous drive thru when they are busy
