Since the phone isn't answered, probably less frustrating for people if you just didn't list a local number and directed them to the central 0800 number rather than leave it just ringing for 10 minutes w/out a response. Or, if you want to leave a number there, have a message come on saying the line isn't answered and to call this 0800 number. But don't just leave it as is, ringing ad infinitum w/neither a pick up nor a message.
