★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them more stars, I would. The whole team at ASCO Legal exceeded our expectations in every way. Kylie was our primary person (with help from Chris and Alistair as well) but we really felt supported the whole way from the whole team. They were extremely respectful and professional - using easy-to-understand language to communicate everything to us, very LGBT friendly, and we always felt they genuinely had our best interests at heart at all times. Communication was seamless between themselves (as we worked with them over the Christmas period and each team member was fantastic) and with us - easy as to get in touch with via phone and email, quick and thorough responses. Only had to visit in person twice over 4 month period. Very transparent with fees, the processes and what to expect. As anxious first home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better law firm. 11/10 would recommend.
