★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very very bad experience, incompetent & unprofessional firm. I had been over charged for writing a lot of document, but no skill to present in Court, Rooke shameless presentation. strongly recommend not to get 1/2 hour free consultation, it is a trick!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I nearly forgot about this guy but today as i was cleaning my filing cabinet i came accross one of his forms.. Three years ago with a 1 year old child I went to his office to ask for his services he was more intrested in us filling in forms than anything else i wondered why? I was soon to find out we were looking purchasing our first home.
I came across another lawyer who was alot cheaper this guy had not done anything at all for us but the next day when they sent him an form to uplift all our docs he charged us a $500 fee? apparently one of the hundreds of forms he got me to sign entitled him do do this to me.
Having worked with two conveyancing lawyers since ive come to know that this is not the usual procedure and what he did to us as a young couple with a child was pretty despicable. I can see why he has a 1 star rating even before I left mine.
for those who are looking most lawyers chat an email about your questions they help you right up to the last point where you have Something you want to purchase at this point you sign documents nearly a third way through the process or closer to the end with lots of help and advice given free of charge. To be asked to sign paperwork even beforw you have put your foot through the door is odd. Even 3 years on it pains me to think there are people out there ready to take advantage of a young couple with a baby so easily.. I wont advise on what people should do just read my story and come to your own conclusion..

His staff have been well trained and he operates in the field of conveyancing, trust, commercial and also family work. He takes on a variety of private client work and we have had mutual clients in the past.
He has been a loyal supporter of his community over many , many years.
